those sky shots are all that. very pretty. were the blue led lights hard to install for the parking lights? do you have to do anything special to get to them? i havent fiddled with them too much, but i remember the short time i did i had a hell of a time getting to them.....needless to say i gave up.

thanks everyone.
The pics were taking in the parking lot of my dads restaurant. I was eating there and I looked out the window and saw how nice the sky looked. Luckly I had my digital camera and my car was just washed and waxed.

The blue LEDs are really easy to install. Just turn and pull to get it out. I'm not liking the blue though. It looked a lot whiter in the store. I'm going to pick up some yellow leds this weekend.

You pull out the shift boot section of the dash.
Remove the Chrome piece from the boot.
The shift knob comes with a nut.
Screw the nut on the shifter.
Place the chrome peice upside down over the nut.
reassemble the dash.
Screw on the knob.
You will have to adjust the nut so that the printing on the knob is straight.

Edit: hey those pics really got to me, where did you get your shift nob, and for around how much? thanks.

Actually the restaurant is connected to a mall. The mall was closed so it was empty when I took the pics.

Hey there, just wanted to give props to a fellow Torontonian!!!

I think I saw your car the other day by Market Village.

My car is still bone-stock. Haven't got the cash to do anything on it... bought a condo downtown instead. :D

Anyhow, just wanted to say when I passed your car, I was like "damn... i wish i didn't get a place..." hahaha!

Cheers,

Variance. What color is your EP? I see a lot of EPs around lately. I gave up on saying hi because a lot of the EP drivers I see just give me a dirty look when I wave. The pictures were actually taken in the Market Village parking lot. The restaurant my dad owns is on the corner next the the Curry's art store.

StangeShadow. That wouldn't be a bad idea. Only thing is I would have to pay for the food.

LazyAzzAzian. The rims are 16s. I had to raise it up about an inch and a half because I just moved into my new place and the driveway isn't paved yet. It was painful to hear all that scraping when going up the driveway.

Ah serious?! Shit guy, I haven't gotten a dirty look yet.. <knock-on-wood>

I got the black EP. I must say tho, it's a pain in the ass to keep it clean. Once there is any minute amount of dust on it, you can see it right away.. <siGh>. But besides that, the car is AMAZINGLY FUN to drive. I have had no doubts or second thoughts as to my purchase.

What about you?

the only thing I regret is that I purchased the car at the regular price with no discounts. The dealer didn't budge and I really really wanted the car so I paid the full price of $25500. Other than that, I love my car. Very fun to drive.

Black is very hard to take care of. If it's not the dust and pollen, it's the swirl marks. If you don't have one already, get the california car duster. It's amazing. I also use scratch x by meguires to get rid of the swirls.

wow...i thought I was the highest bidder...I paid like 22,400...but that was with gap insurance and some extended waranties and a bunch of other stuff.

Damn, I am surprised how many Toronto SiR's are out there. I live in the east end so maybe that explains it. I agree that most ep drivers aint so friendly.

Any TO people members of any local car clubs? Next summer I'd like to hit more of the shows, and its always best to go with a club. I was looking at Toronto Civics but that group doesn't have many ep's.

Ur car looks sweet. I wanted black, but my last Civic was black and I couldn't deal with how fast it got dirty, so this time I went silver.
