Recently came into $1500 that I wasn't expecting. I'm kinda stuck on what to do. I want to get:
Greddy exhaust
DC Sports Headers
Ground Control coilovers
HKS ground wires
But, I'm married and sh!t so I would feel guilty to spend it on my car. I'll probably go without tail for a while but I'm gonna get them anyway. What would you do?

you can get them all. you can even throw in a CAI.;) i wouldn't spend the 100+ on the hks ground though. i wouldn't spend more than 40 bucks on a ground kit.

Got the CAI already. I thought the HKS ground wires were high too. But I haven't shopped around too much for ground wires.

well...personally....i would go with eibach sportlines, camber kit, and install which is about 400 all together.
than i would get a 2.25 midpipe 80-100
Dc Headers ??? 500?
than i would get a Mugen replica wing-250
and an injen RACE division about 230?
a nice way to spend 1500

HKS Ground Wires - Make your own for a fraction of the price. Read my post on the review page for more info.

Greddy exhaust - Stay with stock, your mid-pipe is gonna rub here and there. It'll hurt more when you hear it since you spent 5 bills.

Ground Control coilovers - Good Choice

mugen replica wing - I like, but why not wait alittle longer and see how the 2004 EP3 STOCK spoiler look like? Comes painted.

CAI - Got it? Sell it, get the Ice box. I know it cost more, but would be cheaper compare to a hydrolock fix.

DC Sports Headers - Nah... buy your wife something with that money. Make her happy then buy other stuff, heheh.

I see you're changing this and that to get more HP? Then that means you'll be driving fast here and there right? Get the basics done, it's all about suspension FIRST. All I can stay, safety is always the most important thing to me. I'm full of sh!t, and prop stupid to others, heheh. Just giving me 2 cents.

Suspension - springs/coils, CTR Sway bar, front/rear strut (wait for d2 design or get Neuspeed), Spoon lower tie bar, Neuspeed X-brace, tires. My girl friend don't like me wasting money on my car, but when I buy her something before I do a mod. Well.... she doesn't care and is very supportive, AFTER I get her something. Doesn't have to be expensive.

spend a little on the car and invest the rest in something with good returns.

then, tell your wife what you did and keep the booty flowin' freely. :D

I gots
AEM CAI-gets rid of our car's asthma, more power in the powerband

DC Sports Header-smoother power, occasional backfire(sounds like race car:D )

Eibach Sportlines- nice 1.75~1.8 inch drop all around, supple ride on stock shocks (for about a month)

KONI Yellow shocks- greatly reduces body roll, brake dive, lean, adjustable, and a very firm but comfortable ride with the Sportlines

I gettin

Powerslot Rotors and Hawk Pads- better brake feel, less fade

Progress Sways- "I've heard good dings"

Strut bars of sorts- stiffen the chassis

AEM Underdrive Pulley- It should help power

I like my setup so far, but there's ALWAYS room for more;)
