I did a quick search, found nothing, I am seriously pressed for time so I need YOUR help:

Got a late start on my KW install today. On my last wheel, taking it off, LUG thread snapped.
I need to know what size lugs our EP uses. Not the lugnut size, but the actual bolt packed in the rotor...as this has snapped.
F%CK !

Luckily, I live very close to SummitRacing retail store and they are open for a few more hours. I need to drive this vehicle to work tomorrow and I'm betting a 35mile trip on 3 lugs isnt smart.
So PLEASE, if you know what size bolt I am looking for, reply or email me (mikkellucci@yahoo.com)

Thanks

I have the service manual but not sure where to find out the exact dimensions on that bolt - I can take a look and I'll let ya know if I find it.

Bad news dude - the service manual diagram shows the Hub & its bolts as one piece. So, I'm guessing that means you have to take apart your Knuckle/Hub/Wheel and replace the whole hub.

12x1.5 is the thread pattern, if lug bolt is broke you can hammer it out and install a new threaded bolt. Just goto an auto parts store for wheel stud 12x1.5 for your car and they will know what you are talking about.

Why not just buy the race extended wheel studs for all eight front studs instead? It would probably be cheaper and now you could fit some nice slicks on your ride for the track.

I don't have a part number, not sure why that isn't in the service manual. The picture you posted above is of the rear suspension part - called the "Hub Bearing Unit". If it IS the rear that you need to fix, thats what its called, in the front it is simply referred to as the "Hub".

Ok, now I need to remove the hub to get access to the wheel studs. I'm sure you guys have done it, any tips or how-to for me!??!

I think you are going to need a hydraulic press to put the new one in. Then again a big hammer should never be underestimated.
