btw with that uni body on them blocks with all that weight on that part of the body do you have any problems shutting your doors now or body parts that dont align?

That is pretty bad job, I would strongly suggest getting wheel locks, although they are not 100% effective, but wheel locks wold have stopped an amateur who did this. I would think that whoever did this lives in your complex. I am just wondering how stupid the jerk is to steal stock wheels, and risk being beated to a bloddy mess with a club or going to jail for stock wheels. This is an amateur job though. I would keep an eye on that riced out 1995 civic dx(lx) he might drive on your rims one day.

Defenately get a very loud and annoying alarm, because your seats are next. Better off, if the building has a parking garage with a locking door, get that.

As far as the orange boots, when I lived in the Bronx, someone had that on their Supra. They would park it on the stree and put the boot on.
After my Jetta was broken into when parked on the street, I started parking in the underground garage, well worth it.

That's what I'm worried about, I don't have the car back yet but I'll definitely be looking out for any misalignment before I take it back.

Crap like that is one of the reasons why i record my car when i park it at home. I live in an apartment complex and I had some kids throw mud on my car and turn all my mirrors. I took the pictures to their parents and got them in some deep crap.

I just leave my camera in the window and record when i get home. It runs like a netcam every few seconds snapping a pic and saving to the computer. The thing is that it's real obvious that there's a camera in the window pointing at the car. Hopefully that will stop anything before it starts.

poor mans defense until i can afford an alarm... even after because it's great evidence.

I'm guessing alarm/wheel locks just isn't enough. Get a car cover with locks, so it'll give you alittle more protection.

Since it's a unibody, wouldn't the car essentially be bent in the middle? How would they begin to fix that?! I mean... Yea, you can take the dents out, but the car is still "bowed".

Would it ever drive the same? If not, they should just total it.
