Thought I'd share this Civic, I saw it on eBay last month. It had been in a rollover, severe damage to the car. High bid was about $4300 US, but no winner. The reserve was too high. What would you do if you had this car?

hmmmm if it was my car id have the insurance company get me a new one and if i could buy the carcus i would sell whats any good left on it, and go to it with my cutting torch and welder and make me a dune buggy :p

could you imagine something that weighs less then 2000 lb, tubular chassis, with the engine mounted in the back (just cut the front clip off and weld it to a tubular frame) weld up the steering and jack it up with large rear tires, then i would to a triditional vw style dune buggy body with a mustang 2 front suspension:cool:

Repost, it was posted a while back when it was on ebay before, but anyways, could do some major experimenting body wise if you had the cash...

The cockpit still looks to be in pretty good shape. At least if we ever roll our cars well be safe.:D

That aut to buff right out. I'd put some new tires on it and call it good.

I would want to see some up to date pics of the car. If it has been outside all this time the inside may be shot by now.

crap...the interrior looks fine...and considering that's what everyone likes most about our car...since they jack it all the time...that would be sellable...plus the engine to anoter 7g owner.
3k for the engine/ECU about 8hundred for the front seats, sell the shift nob/steering wheel/dash/back seats/what's left of the speakers/anything and everything...you would make a lot more parting it out...ricers all over would buy anything that came out of a Si for their 7g civic sedans.
