ATTN:People with JDM front bumpers

I was wondering if it was easy to take the stock bumper support out??? and if the JDM bumper bolts right on after you take it out?

I'll be putting mine on this weekend. I have the JDM re-bar, so I'll let you know how easy/hard it is to remove the stock one.
