Din Sized and cool?

I want to use the duel single din sized mount that came with my metra car kit.

I dont really want or need a tv/monitor,CB or a HAM radio. Something I thought might be cool is a din sized scanner...but I dont know if anyone makes one.

Anything else to consider? I would like something made to din mount,not custom. Could be anything though really. Shoot off some ideas.

Ok,Hell I'll even take a din sized pocket maybe with a nifty flip lid or something. Or maybe a blank with a clock I really just want my radio lower because I'm goofy.

I found a nifty scanner by Kenwood but it was made like in 1988 and used ones are STILL expensive.

I didnt find the Metra pocket. This OEM din pocket is made for a Subaru comes in black and silver.
