View Full Version : Hyperblack rims....

What does the color actually look like? Is it a dark color or is it a grey type? I went to the offical site and took a look at the rim and it looks grey, but on wheelmax i looks dark. The two rims are the same, does it make that much of a difference in different lighting?

Or have I gone nuts and that small pic rim is just silver?

thats a good question.....also, which is darker.....hyperblack or gunmetal? i have seen different rims and i cant tell. it must be the lighting and the way they take the pic.

For the Hyperblack color the rim is silver, and the inner part is black. It looks really clean. The black reflects off the rims leaving a very clean look.

The only thing i dislike about hyperblack is that sometimes they dont look hyperblack, but instead, dirty.... I dunno, maybe it is just me...

they are a very nice set of rims, 5zigen did a good job on them!

They are the MK5s that you are asking about.... MK5=10 spokes, MK6=12 spoke...

The MK5s have the lip, where the MK6s dont....

those rims look damn good. Seem them in person on a black rsx. Slick as hell. basically like someone already said, silver with with a tint.
