I took my baby (02 silver si) for my 10k mile maintence and I got screwed. I wanted them to do all the work they were supposed to do but the oil change and I wanted them to look for screws and nails in my tires when they rotated the tires. To make a long story short they just took out one screw and that was it!!!! 2 1/2 hours for 1 screw!!!! They didn't even rotate the tires. What BS!!!
Of course when I got home I noticed that they did absolutly nothing to my car, charged me 118 bucks and I took it back and demanded to have the everything done that I asked for. They gave me my money back too.
This is totally uncalled for. I haven't made a formal complain to honda but I will. Do not buy vehicles or get service from Fairfax Honda in Fairfax, VA.
