NA A3 loser

do our k20a3 have the potential to put up 200whp NA or more cuz i know FI can make it more to the wheels, but i want NA without swapping the motor and i want reability. cuz i can see like there is no manufacturer that produces NA part for the A3 but they do in a2 or k20r, instead most are FI.
do we have a change?
or our motor is just a big loser without a FI!

yes, you can make 200whp easily w/ the K20A3.

next question is "how much cash you got laying around?"

answer better be near the 5 digit range or else you're dreaming.

with 6k, u could turn it into a k20a2. get the crank, rods, pistons and the head-should cover that + some boltons like hondadata if u wanted to blow the cash that way

im sorry, but with 6k the best bang for your buck would be a K20a ITR swap. right there youre at your HP goal and thats just stock. and you get 6 speed and an LSD. then you can sell your a3 swap for what 3k to 3.5k and then buy some of those NA parts youre talking about.

For 6k you could almost turbo your current engine, run the thing to death and replace it with another stock engine from a wreck.

K20A motor will net you around 200whp at the wheels stock. Or K20A2 with minor boltons.
I'd swap if I were you. You will end up spending more on the K20A3 and it will be less reliable.

N/A power is not cheap.

n/a is sweet but not cheap, i will say some new rsx-r camshafts, camgears, and so on, but if you turb it or super charge it, the mone saved may by used for something else you want, having around the same power or even more... :)

damn that sucks to hear, i think FI is the only way to go with the A3 or just live it the way it is
