New Seats!!

Just closed the auction on my Si seats the other day for $700. Picking up my new seats tuesday. I got a friend over at tenzo-r seats w/brackets and sliders made for our cars $600.

I've heard the red tenzo's fade in the sun, but who knows. But c0mf0rt had red tenzo's so I guess I just hold a bias against them:D

tenzos suck ass man, theres like no padding on that seat at all, you'll see what i mean when u sit in it compared to your stock seats

#1. My friend is running these seats in his 99-00 si so I know what they feel like. I wouldnt have ordered them unless I have.
#2. try and find (2) RACING SEATS with custom made brackets and sliders for $600 bucks hand delivered from tenzo.
#3. everything fades...you think that sparcos or recaros are sprayed with some futuristic sun protector that stops fading. Sun damage is sun damage. it how well you take care of them.
#4. OUR STOCK SEATS ARE NOT BETTER. yes they are made by recaro, yet they totaly lack lateral support. and are by far not as comfortable as the rally seats. And they is no way to run harnesses safley. If ours truely were better then i wouldn't have sold them.
#5. unless anybody wants to give me an extra 600-1000 bucks so I can hook my ride up with brides or sparcos...quit ur griping

This is true. I know someone who has thoes EXACT Tenzo in his car and he dosen't even drive his car every day and his are FADED to hell. He has had them for like 6-8 months and they are FADED. His WERE red also.

I don't think anyone is talking shit about your seats, they are just commenting. If you really wanna know what seats I am running I got some Sparco Fighter seats. All I have to say is you get what you pay for. From working at Cybernation I have had experience with alot of seats and I must say Sparco's last the longest. The Tenzo are comfortable but they don't last too long. There is a reason why Sparco's, Recaro's, and Brides cost $500-$1000 a seat is beacuse you get what you pay for. They are made with TOP QUALITY parts and fabric.

I totally understand. Im just getting really hooked up and making some money on the deal. My friend has had his tenzos for over a year and they still look brand new, and our cars sit in the sun all day while we are at work. Trust me if my budget could afford an extra grand I would definatly have the carbon/kevlar bride seats bolted down.

Yeah man I was lookin into getting these seats too, where can I find a deal like you got wanna hook us up? I found them at www.carxpressions.com for $ 209.99 a seat plus sliders for like $34 a piece and brackets for the rsx for like $30 a piece. so thats not a bad deal. but will the brackets from a RSX bolt up?

I'm sure that they should fit. I'm getting this deal cause I know some people who work there. I can't get this deal for eveybody I'm sorry. I had a change in plans though. Instead of red I'm going with the black ones with red seat harnesses. Seeing how my car is white with all black accents....(by the way I got my spoiler sprayed black when the body shop fixed my car, I'll post pics of that also)...I'm choose to go with black and red accents.

I'm right there with you man. I'm in the process of trading my stocks for the exact seats you posted. Our stocks are great compared to the old Si seats, but those tenzos have a shit load more side bolster support. As soon as I get mine installed I will post some pics.

P.S. Anyone know where to get a roll cage for our ep's, custom or otherwise? I've removed my back seats, and re-upholstered the rear end of my interior so when I install a cage I wont have to worry about passengers climbing aroung bars. I just don't know where to get one. Any help would be great.

no there are not as tall as stock seats. I love them. Talk about support. My harnesses are on order. Red w/ black pads. If you notice there are also some pics of my wing sprayed black like the old jdm hatches.

also my dc stainless headers and custom mid-pipe will be installed close to the 15th so I will update a new post with reviews and possible sound clips if i can borrow my friends digi. Anyone who lives in the So Cal area go to Supper Tuning and ask for CoCo. This guy is the shit. He does all of our cars and does the cleanest job I've seen around. His crush bends are as clean as mandrel.818-988-2335 ask for CoCo.
