strut bar help

yo guys, ive be searching a bunch of different threads but i still havent come up with the answer...i just bought a DC titanium upper strut bar and a dc lower tie bar and i dont know if they have to be torqued.....thanks and does anyone know a good rear upper strut bar?

Neuspeed or wait for d3design. Both gets in the way or cargo though. :(

check ebay, buncha guys on here have $20 no-name that works great!

Neuspeed says 33 ft.lbs for their strut bars. I would go with that...
