Am I the only one here that has pinstripes?

Normally, it pisses me off when a dealer fucks up a car by adding cheap appearance options which it then tries to charge thousands of dollars for.

But my Ep came with pinstripes on the side and think they look pretty good. The pinstripes match the i-VTEC decals and accentuate the lines of the car.

On the other hand, I think that without the pinstripes, the Si looks really clean and uncluttered. I hate it when a car is designed with a lot of bends, ridges, and cheap fake vents. The Ep is smooth and easy to wash and wax.

nope, i got em too. But i took everything else off 'cept the pinstripes and the si emblem on the back. Looks real clean.

I have red pinstripes on my silver Ep. It was the only Ep on the lot that did not have black pinstripes.

My car didn't have the pinstripes, but it was included in the package.. So I ask them to put it on.. I like it alot.. It breaks up the blue alittle. I think I'm going to take off the mud guards though.

yea i think alot of us had pinstripes at the dealer lot.. but i had them take that hideousness off my beautiful car :)

I use to have pin stripes but got rid of em. The look is much nicer without em on clean uninterupted lines. My car also came with mudflaps n door n fender protectors. all removed.

Mine came with stuck-on silver pinstripes, and I had them take their cost off the price of the car (same with floormats, mudflaps, etc.. nothing special, really). I kept them on the car for a couple months or so, then decided to peel them off one night. I had to Goo-Gone the residue and give it a wash & wax, but I like the look so much better. There's the body line that goes from the tops of the taillights and swoops over the front wheel arches, and these particular pinstripes broke the line too much.

In any case, now there's room for those Fast & The Furious vinyl graphics! :confused:
