I am hearing a faint.... how can I describe it? um...its an oscillating noise noise( thup, thup, thup, thup) that happens when I accelerate. It doesn't get any louder, only thup's quicker as I increase my rpm.

There are some belts down there...............
Maybe there is a loose on or something ?????
Owners Manual shows how to adjust them

Thats the whole point, I don't know whats making the sound. Its a muffled, thuping, that oscilates faster, but not louder as rpm increases. I ws hoping someone else was hearing this sound.

someone needs to take their car for a cruise with all the windows, and sunroof shut, and turn off the radio. Tell me what you are hearin..

It's not an out of balance tire is it? I don't seem to be hearing the noise. Do you hear it only while the car is in motion or while sitting still also?

I agree car does seem to have noisy valves... anyways it sounds like an out of balance tire.

Also, if I were having the problem I know I'd be taking it to the dealer ASAP. You should be covered under warranty.

it could be out of balance..... I had the tires rotated last oil change and the tech mentioned that while they do rotate tires, they don't balance the wheels. hmm.....

That has got the be the problem, either that or some uneven tread wear.
