I'm planning on getting a set of used coilovers from a RSX-S. Will it fit and work properly in the SI?

I'm sure you could use the springs with your si, but I think they may be a lower spring rate. I assume you are wanting a higher spring rate than you currently have with the skunk2's?

they're not springs but coilovers. Will the bolt in?

Are these aftermarket coilovers for an RSX, that you are now
buying used? Or are you getting a set of used Acura OEM
springs/shocks from the RSX?

If it's the latter, the RSX springs are "softer" and will lower the
car 1" or so in the front, but raise it in the rear (SukSi...I think
that is his name on here, just did some testing with these).
Personally, I don't think it's worth the time/effort/$$$ to bother
with any suspension component off of the RSX (unless you're
getting Type R bits or just sway bars).

If you are getting aftermarket coilovers...I dunno. I'm thinking
it should bolt right in, but I'm not positive.

yeah, I know, I was just saying that you can use the springs from the coilovers, if that was what you wanted. Then again, I'm thinking you are talking about the sleeves and not full coilover setup. If it's a full coilover setup, I believe you have to modify them for the tie rods...I believe.

okay here we go, if it's the full coilover setup, you will need to replace your tie rod ends
