Yes the real Buddy Club is very expensive and will only fit the JDM bumper supports. The replicas can be found fairly cheap and are made to fit the US bumpers.

IS there an actual appearance difference between the two??
Does the REAL buddy club kit actually look better or can u tell no difference.

Well the USDM version sticks out further because of the bumper supports but nothing an ordinary enthusiast could notice.

Search is your friend!

I asked this question a while back:
http://www.ephatch.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=12855

basically there are two (now three) replica kits.

The JDM spec kit needs jdm rebar and is faithful to the buddy club kit you see everyone has on their cars.

The USDM one is longer by almost 1.5" - 2" in order to fit the USDM rebar. To me this kit looks odd.

The third is what I seem to have which is an RSXish / Buddy Club front with the JDM Buddy club sides and rear.

I would suggest getting the JDM kit and the JDM rebar. I dont think the USDM kit compensated on the side skirts to match the front and rear. But that is just speculation.
