i have a set of icw racing rims.recently ive been hearin this whooping noise everytime the wheel rotates at 30mphs n up the faster i go the loader it is. so i bought a new rim but used the same tired. n still same thing. only thing i could think of if its the tire, locks or the centering ring that they use. can n e one help me on this

see above! :) also did you or did a auto shop put on your rims?

either way, are the tires on right? most tires are front to back only (after market tires) like they can only be rotated front left, to back left, front right, to back right...maybe its that? maybe the tires are on wrong?

also, if a shop put on your tires/rims, check to see if they tightend down the lugs too tight, that might be a problem too?

just shooting out suggestions to look @?

also make sure they aren't directional tires that might cause it too.

its been rebalanced by the rim shop ive rotated them back to front same direction of rotation n still same noise. im beginin to think its the tire. cuz a couple of time i had to slam on the brakes n dodge idiots the fly in a bizzy intersection.would that be a problem
