cold air intakes on ebay

has anyone else seen the cai on ebay for our cars that go for around 60-70 bucks? do you guys think they would do anything for the car? if they are good it would be a great non-expensive mod. i just wanna know what you guys think about them.

yea i was wondering about these...i guess the picture shown isnt the intake, but im not sure about quality or design. Ive already been through with ebay intake thing and am now trying to save for an injen.
