That's the best looking 16" wheel/tire/drop combo I've seen yet. No doubt.

The color of the rims kinda throw you off depending on the lighting. Seem like when the wheels are in the shade the bronze lip comes out making the rest of the rim look dark, almost black sometimes. But when they are hit with direct sunlight, the whole wheel seems to look the same color.

Those rims are tight, but you need to use fill-flash to get the right exposure. It looks like you camera is metering on the white paint and under-exposing the rims. Also see if you can select the camera's white balance to sunlight when you're outside; it might make a difference in the color.

damn, looks really good! Have any idea how much the 16's weigh? I keep checking on it and it seems they don't list the weight for those.

Oh and is that a polished lip I see?

Do they really weigh that much? I figured they would be the same as the slips or circuit 8s, around 14 lbs. for 16". If that weight is accurate they're off my list, too. Damn.

That weight got to be false, 16" for 17lbs when 15" is 13lbs that 4 lbs different for 1 inch gap. at least 15 lbs would be accurate correct me if im wrong?

whats the weight on our stock rims anyways?

it is a nice rim, 17lbs isn't really that bad...it's better than a 17" 19lbs rim like myself :)
And that is the right weight. machiii weighs them before they list them.

17# for a 16" wheel is actually pretty light, especially for a street wheel. it makes me laugh when people think this is too heavy for their car. it's ridiculous to think you're going to notice the extra 1-2# on each wheel while driving it to and from work everyday.

Those look real good man!

I've been set on getting some 16" Rota's and Yoko ES100's for a little while now...now I just have to decide on whether to go w/ C8's or C10's and what color, for my white EP.

Decisions decisions ;)

i bought them at r-speed in marietta georgia. they are miata and mini aftermarket specialists. i think they were having a hard time moving them. i got the wheels, lugs, tires (falken 451) mounted and balanced for $775.

i've bought miata stuff from them, good people.
