I got my spoilerdepot.com replica Type-R wing today. Despite being shipped via UPS ground from FL to CA, it arrived just fine. The paint is nearly flawless and an excellent color match. No problems there.
Installation was simple -- took me about 45 minutes while I took my time. There was a little more finishing than a bolt-on product should have (e.g., trimming weatherstrip, etc.), but I don't mind if it keeps the price down.
I have the same issue that others have reported: The wing doesn't sit flush on the ends, but who cares? The car's body panels aren't exactly Mercedes-tight anyhow. Before I sent it back, I'd shave the area underneath. But, I won't because nobody will ever notice. Considering the price, $299.25 painted and delivered, it's fine. I'm sure a Mugen or OEM wing will fit better. They don't cost $300!
