First time I have seen it... Way to many wrecked EP's..... Too much fun for the stock rubber...

I think they should put it back to stock, but leave off the fender. That looks cool!!!

that is unforunate, people drive safe... the rubber on the feet for these cars are not too good... but an accident is an accident, looks like its fine but the front is screwed, is the car salvaged? It looks like 6 thousand dollars can fix the car back to a drivable and lookable, being that if the car is has not sustained any frame work...

have anybody seen how the EP3's stock fenders are held to the frame? its just like three T clips and that is all between the outside world and the frame and engine. Pretty unsturdy.

Hmmm... New headlight, fender, bodykit, and a carbon fiber hood or a painted Mugen style Hood would look awfully nice... Paint them headlight houses black, and you are ready to roll...

you forgot a dorp and some shoes...

i don tthink theres any frame damage, it doesnt look that severe, jsut a nice smack in the face, probably ran a red light or something.

I doubt there is any frame damage. I mean when I wrecked my EP :(, it looked a lot worse than that and there wasn't any frame damage. Someone could be getting a sweet ride for only 9 or 10k at most I'd say, but I'm no expert.

Thats kind of how my car looked except The chunk of bumper thats broken fell off on the side of the road. That car isnt too bad off, except maybe what happened to the engine work. Im putting a full buddy club 3, Mugen rep wing and hood and its still gonna be under 4 gs to get it going. Also my frame twisted slightly, but I didnt break anything mechanically.

What a sad sight, I remeber two years ago when my roomate ran his 00 SI into a tree and the pictures were quite disturbing.

You gotta remember the car was designed to ABSORB the impact, so that the driver doesn't.... which means the car crumpling and breaking, rather than the person. Otherwise when you ram someone the hood would break at the hinges and decapitate you. The engine would get ramed straight into the cab, etc.

Most likely that mount was designed to break for the amoung of force that was applied to it. That's not necessarily a bad thing. Besides it might have bent the frame more, had it stayed in tact, rather than snapping.
