Rev matching and downshifting

Hey guys, I juss realized how well the car downshift from 5-4-3, but from 3 to 2, no matter if I rev match or slowly let off the clutch, 2nd is not smooth at all... i donno why, but damn if the tranny can rev match 5 4 3 really well, then howcome second is so not smooth?

Its smooth for me. Most of my downshifting is from third to second, I rarely hit fourth when zipping through my cyn.:D

I notice it does rev up kinda slowly. Sometimes I have to blip the throttle twice just bring the rpms high enough to pop into second.

YES!!! I have to blip the thorottle two times, because guessing where the point of the rev is damn hard when you are in third to 2nd going like 30 miles per hour, it spikes hella high and sometimes I mis judge and then i have to hit the gas twice to get it... but still not a smooth rev match

no problem shifting 3->2 here.

i matched it with 1K higher

Yeah, 2nd gear downshifts take a much higher throttle blip than the others..... I normally kick it up about 14-1500 RPMs. The true blip if when I shift from 4th to 2nd going about 40-45..... I just take it up to about 5500 then.... DROP the clutch, and take off...... VROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM !
