hi, i made a post earilier about a DIY ctr boot and i was made fun of.. .well here are some pics.. make all the fun ya want. but at least it was pretty much free :)

that's it guys :) u guys prob hate it, but i love it :) hehe. note: the aftermarket knob feels freaking good, and its heavier than the stock knob :)

haha j/k. Looks almost authentic....but i thought the CTR ring is chrome? How did you do it?

haha thnx.. but i had to paint it. so silver is the closest i could find.. but its ok. cuz the silver matches the knob better than chrome would have.

looks alright. just couple things i dont like it about. ring is too big compare to ctr ones. and that gap between ring and bottom of shiftknob is too big. otherthan that great idea

I used electrical tape to hold it up. Wrap it around the stick. ;)

Except I spent money on a real CTR one. MaD TyTe JdM y0!

You've spent dollas on JDM yo!... boot and still have to use electrical tape to hold it up?:confused:

lol yup. You can't see it though. The USDM boot also hangs if there's nothing holding it up.
