UK Flag Emblem

I have lately been hearing a lot of about them, and seen them for sale. Since I was born in the UK I was wanting to get one, but where does it go? Was this emblem included on Si's from the UK?

Sorry for the dumb question, I am just curious and tried searching, but at work and don't have time. Thanks

or if u search around u will find them
