Anyone have Esurance? How are they about coughing up money when needed and service?

I'm in insurance/ autobody, I feel they are very similar to Progressive. Alot of ex-progressive people went to work for Esurance. In short if your car gets wrecked, they will pay, but want to use Aftermarket, or used parts in place of oem.
