First of all, 3 weeks ago I notice funny noises coming from the engine, when I brought it in Honda, the told me I needed a new transmission. They replaced it with a 2003 trany, got it back today and it feels much better than my old one, plus noises were gone, but now, I feel damn slow. Definitly does not accelerate like it use too. Is this possible. If it does not get better soon, shit will hit the fan.

probably needs a good amount of miles on it first....or that's what everyone says...I put my foot down ever since I left the dealer, no wait 5k or anything and my car has done great...

It just needs to loosen-up. It should feel a lot better right around the time you need a new one. ;)

What kind of noises were you hearing? Were those noises from the Honda technicians? At least that's what I hear when I visit the dealer...but seriously, what kind of noises were you hearing?

whisles when on the gas, gets louder as speeds increase, definitely due to the gears turning

Hmmmm, wonder if they put to little or to much tranny oil in it??!?!? Maybe it's break in oil combo?
