Si getting towed in Cleveland Area

Saw a silver EP3 getting towed going West on 480 near the 271 split (near Oakwood, OH and Cleveland Akron Honda/Ducati) earlier this week (Monday I think).

Did that belong to anyone here on the boards? If so, what happened?
