ya its gotta be the apc ep. Same bodykit/rims but theirs is black top wit green sides... but they are flat colors... very different, but not really ugly if u ask me

if i remember correctly i saw this image along time ago and we came to a conclusion that it was photochoped regardless i hope it's photochoped otherwise i feel sorry for the poor shmuck that has to drive it.
