I got my volk gt-7s today, and I just installed them (they need alignment). I'll try to have some pictures up by tonight sometime. Anyone know if I can get center cap locks? I haven't gotten then yet, so I look kinda bootleg right now.

Do you mean they need to be balanced?

no, everytime you change your wheels, the car needs to be aligned. I'm drifting right as is.

hmm you do not need realignment when you change your wheels. you need realignment when you change height of your car.

most people get an alignment when they wear out their old tires and get a new set. but another alignment wouldn't hurt, especailly if it's pulling...

i don't know much about the volk gt-7's, but super autobacs has both rays and volks ceter caps in stock in their new store in stanton, ca. the volks caps are $40 each and too steep for my pocketbook. i got the silver volk ce28n's and the 2002 honda accord coupe special edition wheel center caps fit just fine, and only $5 each from the dealer... check the pics in my sig - it might be an option for you if you need caps.

are there such things as locks for the caps?

to be honest, i miss the 215/45 right now i'm at 205 and a lower profile. The handling feels so much more responsive, but it doesn't look as good to have empty wheel well space. I might lower the ride some more tomorrow before I align. And the simplicy of 6 spoke rims is nice. But the finish and quality of the volks seems a LOT better.
