I wasn't too surprised at the price. It's in line with what I'd expect. I've never seen one of these console pieces for sale before.

The auction implies that climate control will work. Is the thermostat, etc built into the console piece?

Yeah I guess you're right....its not too bad of a price....

Don't get me wrong I love the look...just too cheap to pay the cash.

This part is for Right hand drive car, so would you not need the entire dash as well?

Yea you need the whole dash for that thing to fit.

ok, some jdm whore correct me.
the exterior shape of that trim piece does not appear to be symetrical. as such, unless you have the entire right hand drive dash, that will not fit on your usdm car.
maybe it is just the angle of the picture, but someone may be really pissed after u.p.s. shows up with a $300 paperweight.

yea that looks just like my right hand drive dash, except for the climate control.

But for that to work (climate control) don't you need the 2 temperature sensors?,
the sunlight sensor in the top of the dash near the bottom of the windscreen in the middle and the temperature sensor next to the steering wheel?

I've taken off the cover for the temp sensor next to the steering wheel and there wasn't a sensor behind it:rolleyes:

check to see if you have what looks like a temp sensor before you bid on this!
