What would be all the parts i'd need to have the engine running?

k20a2 ECU with TODA Flash.
k20a2 head then i'm going to put in the TODA cams and springs while i'm already there.
k20a2 head gasket or should i get the TODA head gasket.

Anything else? and ppl don't say you may aswell get the whole swap cuz i'm not, will cost too much, and thats even more work!

my whp should be around 200 or so whata think?

yes, you might as well get the whole swap. cost difference wouldn't be too big. and a complete swap would actually be less work.
doubt getting 200whp tho .

If you want to stay NA you will probably want some higher compression pistons. I say go for the head swap.

Go turbo, more fun and our motor can handle it cuz of our low compression.

Between that spec A killer cam prices and the head /ecu and wrench time you might as well just buy a k20a Swap and be pushing 220 hp.

Well, maybe it would be a little more money.

My dream setup would actually be what you just said above,

+ the dual runner IM from the base rsx, it would be just like the DC2 type R , ahhhh, real vtec, and the im

Oh, and one other questions. I always wonder, when you swap heads, how do you keep the timing from getting screwed up?

timing doesnt get altered with head swaps, unless you mill the head or use a different thickness gasket. If you mill the head or use a thinner gasket then cam timing gets retarded about 1 degree for every .010" of lowering, no biggie but it does change things slightly, still safe though.
