don't waste your time or money. the thing does not work and will make things worse for you.

seek the help of a professional paintless dent remover.

I actually heard of those things working better than $300 dollar dent removal tools. So, it might be worth the $20 bucks that those things cost just to try it out.

But, no doubt about it, a PRO will always give you great results.

if you are speaking of the ding king... a friend of mine tried on his car. instead of fixing a small dent, it created 2 adjacent dents because of the pressure created trying to pull the dent out.

a real paintless dent remover specialist will remove the dent from behind the panel not from the front. The only thing they may use at the front of the panel is a taping tool.

You know, I've seen the commercial and if you look closely, you will see that happen. They demonstrate the "ding king" on a blue car and when they apparentely get the ding out if you look to the right of the original ding-they created another one! I can't believe the producer of that commercial didn't catch that.

I have it and it work real well for me WHEN USED RIGHT. I pull dents from a Red GSR, Yellow CRX and a Green Cabrio. I also used it on my black beauty. Its not 100% fixed but not even the best body shops can do that. Its more or less 92% better. I think it was worth it. It only works for dents the size of grape fruits. You have to use it right and a few times. Its a little tricky but it never took off anyones paint. If it did it was because the dumbass forgot to put the glue remover around the area.Even so I dont see how. Theres no harmful parts that could cause new dents or scratches. Don't listen to these fools.

Oh yeah and somtimes it will make 2 SMALLER Adjacent dents if you use it wrong but u can use it 2 more times and they're gone.
