As we are installing this kit we noticed there is no mention as to what to do with part #16 which is a small black box with wires...

what did you all do with this box? and where does it install? theres nothing in the manual that documents where it goes although it is a part in there.

I am having my Greddy installed this weekend. Just in case we run into the same problem where did it go?

it goes along with the emanage unit.

That lil box is for your speedo, for exact pinouts call Kenji or Matt at Greddy.com.
