Saw this the other day...not a big fan, but anyway.

What I'm really wondering (and maybe we need a seperate search
thread for) is what people terms people use to search eBay, when
they are searching for stuff for our cars.

I've found that "civic si 03" or "civic si 02" works pretty well, but
you only get a page or 2. Just "civic si" seems to encompass everything,
but then you get stuff for older si's and the page count increases
to 20+. I've done several mod-specific searches, i.e. "rsx intake",
but I hate to do that all the time. I like to just get a list of stuff and
see what pops up. What's everyone else use (i.e. what'd you use
to find this CF door)?

Since I'm such a carbon fiber whore right now I should get it ;) j/k
I use this to search for stuff on ebay:
2002 Civic Si
2003 Civic Si
2004 Civic Si
02 Civic Si
03 Civic Si
04 Civic Si

The 04 and 2004 ones don't work at the momment, but will soon, I'm sure. I also will occasionally use RSX to find things, some RSX parts can fit ours, like the header.

Be very carefull if you buy from the guy with the c/f gas lid.I won the bid on a c/f gas cap on the 17th of september and still havent been given a tracking number or a responce from this dude. If I dont hear from him by friday I am reporting him to ebay as a fraud.People like this really piss me off.

I use the following to search ebay:

(02,03,2002,2003) civic si

The stuff in () means 02 OR 03 OR 2002 OR 2003. A lot easier than doing multiple searches.

I picked one up from him, it took about 3 weeks to get it after the end of the auction, very slow responses.

So how much weight does this save?

2-3 ounces?:confusem: :confusem: :confusem:

For $50 bucks?

I'm not even CLOSE to being impressed.

of course cf gas door doesnt save any weight. bascially stock gas cop with cf on top of it. pretty much for bling factor.
