IMO this is the perfect setup to counter the understeer and stiffen the EP up.

Rear sway bar.
rear lower and upper tie bars.
front uppper tie bar.
stock front swaybar.
I like the stock height of our car cuz I like wompin dirt roads(atleast until I can afford some KW coilovers)

What do you guys think about this setup? I'm saving $$ for mods and I'm leaning mostly toward suspension work before motor. If i invest in the above products, will it be worth it?

What is your opinion on the subject?

Out of everything you listed, good tires and a rear sway bar will probably make the most difference.

i second that.. rear sway bar rocks. get new rubber. also. a good drop will improve handling a bit. stock is much too high.

Get rid of the front uppper tie bar.

rear sway and no front tie makes sense. thanks guys.

So no front bars at all right?( to try & balance the understeer)

With the new rear sway bar installed, would a lower(or upper) rear tie even be noticable?
