How do I reset the "Maintenance req'd" light?

I think it shows up to remind you about the 10,000 mile service?

It's in your manual.
IIRC, I think you turn the car off and hold down the accessory light
knob, then start the car. I think if you keep it down for 10 secs,
it'll reset. Something like that. But either way, it's in your
manual and also on here, if you do a search.

Sorry, I tried searching, but had a hard time finding it. I also don't have my manual right now.

what you have to do is have your car off...hold down the button and insert the key in and turn it to acc. mode..(all the pretty dash lights will turn on)...and keep holding it down for 10-15 seconds....you should see it go off within that time...you should be fine......:cool:

I think its like on page 62 of your manual.

When the car is off...hold down the trip reset knob. Turn the car on for 10 seconds....you'll see it flash....

Let off the knob and turn the car off....start the car and the light will go away.
