Yep, license is suspended for 45 days. Had a 90+ in a 45 ticket in court this past thursday, and the judge suspended my license and fined me $200. To be honest though, I was expecting worse so I'm not really complaining. The thing that sucks is that my license isn't restricted for work/school. They said they don't do it for only a 45 day suspension. So now I gotta find a ride to work and school everyday, oh well. Gonna make the most of these next 45 days and save up as much money as possible and get myself out of credit card debt so I can start saving up some money...... no point to this post really, just spreading my misfortune.

About 5 years ago mine was suspended. Too many points within a 12 month period. My motorcycle got me in too much trouble. I had a 30 min drive each way to work. Still drove with no licence. I was lucky to get away with it. Driving + no licence = Go to Jail do not pass go! 45 days is not that bad. Mine was for 6 months! Hang in there.

cop was pretty damn thrilled, he actually pulled me over AND a subaru WRX while we were at a stoplight. he had to catch up to us.:eek: im just happy i didnt get a ticket for racing and get my car impounded. compared to that, 45 days is just a slap on the wrists.

yeah my friend got a bunch of tickets for stupid shit and not all car tickets but he got his lisence taken away and hes still driving trying to save money for the dept but he hasnt had a lisence in like 7 months and he drives everyday. sorry im just blabbin.

I went to a car meet today in the Chicago area....two EP'ers got caught doing 95 in a 55 on the highway. The two guys also got another ticket for following too closely.

well, I wasn't in a hurry. Was just enjoying my car..... I know I know, a public road isn't the place to do it, yada yada yada, but even the cop said "just because no one is on the road doesn't mean you can drive like this." There was NO ONE on the road and its a fairly big road, I don't really drive like that through traffic.

This was my 4th ticket, so I think that had something to do with the suspension. Plus, speeding on a 55 mph highway is a lot different then speeding through a 45mph road with houses and churches on it.

Oh well, get my license back on December 7th. :D
Im just viewing it as hibernation for my EP, and its actually saving miles on it ;)

OK I know one who did since he pulled out the ticket when he was taking some things out of his pockets but I did not ask when and how he got it. Just wondering who else got one?
