Difference Bewteen CTR shift boot and stock shift boot ?!

hey guys
what's the difference between CTR shift boot and stock SiR shift boot ... the look the same to me ...
does anyone have pix of them both and can post it up ?

and what's the best way to install the CTR shift knob without a hugh amount of the shiftstick showing ?

The difference is the CTR boot has a rounded chrome end piece that you can use with any shift knob. The Si/SiR boot has a slotted end piece that slides over the bottom of the red-stiched leather shift knob.
