According to AEM's website the V2 is now available. Anybody have any further info?

As far as I know, the V2 is overpriced and not worth the money for the gains.... Thats what I have heard, could be wrong though... I think I am gunna go normal AEM CAI...

According to their site the Type S version makes 18.5 more hp,has this been confirmed? If so, I would expect the Si version to make at least 8-10hp,no?

The base rsx gets 5hp and 5ft/lbs according to AEM's dynos. I would expect the Si to do roughly the same. I will probably get one, also those prices are msrp - expect to see steet prices lower...

You can get the other v2's listed on the website for about $260 as opposed to the $368.75 msrp. Since the listed price for the ep3 is only $356.25, I would suppose you could get them for about $250. Makes me curious how it does compared to the icebox . . .

I remember reading in some Injen advertisments, that they have proven their cold air intake to match if not beat AEM's V2 performance. When it comes to their dyno charts, who knows what to believe. And I don't think any of us have the money to buy poducts on our own and test them out ourselves, so it really is preference (i think that's how you spell that).

I was talking about the listed price on the aem website. I haven't seen v2's for the ep3 for sale anywhere else, but my guess is when they hit the distributors they'll be priced around 250 because of the prices for the other v2 intakes.

Sorry, I don't think I have seen any dyno charts that involves our car.
