Hey guys, i need help. i just got some ground controls but they are for a 01 civic. will it fit properly on the si?

they will fit. spring rates might be off though.

ok thanks, i called gc up and they told me it was way diff. whos right u or them? the told me the body thread thing is diff. diameter is something. does any1 have 01-03 civic coupe/sedan coilovers on there si?

Even if they do "fit", techincally, the spring rate is going to be
way off.
Just buy a set of springs/coilovers intended for the Si. This is NOT
a good solution, IMO (nearly akin to cutting your springs...blech).

i would go with what gc said.:D people here have used 01+ civic coilovers as well as rsx coilovers in the past when there was confusion with performance shops over what exactly a 2002 si was.

THEY DO NOT FIT.

The front upper perch will not sit properly.

They will fit! I have the kit on my ep right now. Only thing you need to order is the front cylinder coils, there like approx $30. the springs are exactly the same (part no.) as the 01 EX and up. Call GC and they will tell you the same thing. And you might want to replace ur rear hats also, not because there diff size or anything. they just made new ones out of urethane instead of rubber. :D
