Who has done a head swap??

Ok I've looked all over and all I can get about the head swaps (k20a3 with k20a2 head) is "i know someone who did it" or something along those lines. Well has anyone here done it?? and if so what kind of gains or changes in feel did you get? also what all was needed to do it and any pics or install tips. thanks. i really want to do this swap and then turbo.... hehe

If you really want to go turbo later on, you're probably better
off doing a complete A/A2 swap and using one of the kits that's already
been built for it. The cost of a head and ECU will probably be close
to 2500-3000 and for another 1000 you can get it all in one swoop,
plus the tranny. bioevolve and PoRT are two guys that have done
the complete swap, I'm not sure if anyone on here as done just the
head, although I think several are considering it/trying to find a
head to buy.

There's a guy on honda-tech, B18CxR or something, he put an A2 head
on his K24block.

yeah i thought about an a2 but if i do all that i'll just go with the k24... are the heads really that expensive? i'm gonna check the local wreking yards tomorrow...

if you're gonna go turbo, i'd go with a K24 swap. those engines respond very favorable to mods and FI from what i've read. and you can find K24s relatively cheap.
