Like the title says. Video taken @ night, so a little hard to see. BlacknRedSi was my camera man. Thanks go out to him for that! Unfortunately, his wimpy 140lb ass was bouncin around in the car so it's shakey as shit...

Any1 with suggestions on how to get STABLE video of the guage cluster or out the windshield -- please help me out with some info...

Also -- any other video requests??

Video was encoded with "3ivx D4" codec. I can't seem to find a divx codec that's free to encode. Can any one help me out with that for future videos??

here's the link to get the codec to watch the video if you need it. (Mac/PC/Linux)
Get It Here (http://www.3ivx.com/download/index.html)

And Here is the video itself. It's 9.2MB
Right-Click and Save As (http://65.168.247.56/ephatch/videos/20-140.avi)

Enjoy it!

The cone cam system would probably work great for your gauge cluster.

Their Windshield camera mount would be good for the windshield shots

They actually have a lot of mounts and system you could do pretty well with. Check out their free videos section and the schotzcam videos too see some of the cool things you can do.

Nice, I need turbo bad.
Compare that vid to the one I posted last week of my N/A 0-105mph run.
Seen here:

BTW: What the hell are those fugly gauges?

Karim: THANKS ALOT! That site is great! I have to see about picking up one or two styles of mounts ;)

DyNastySi: I want a daytime run, but I have to find somewhere *safe* to reach that speed. (Night time their were NO cars out on that road). I also want to get some "unsuspecting car footage", but it seems all the pricks that used to find me and rev on me somehow fell off the face of the earth (what irony).

ADAMnQuickCIVIC: Thanks, how did you get your video to show ONLY the needles?? Oh, and the "fugly guages" are AutoTechnic S7 Guage overlays.

Eric

I took the video myself while driving.
Holding the camera with my left hand while resting it on the steering wheel.
Took the reccomendation of someone on here after they saw my first video 0-80mph where i was holding the camera with my right hand and trying to shift at the same time (VERY shaky).

its alittle hard to keep a camera straight when your doing 140 :)

this is just the beginning, we will get more footage i got some more open roads to take you on....we will hit west chester pike one night down by edgemont....oh and just for you to know E.

the road we hit 140 on last night (route 1) the fastest i have ever hit on that road was 135 and that was in joes corvette...you have just raised the bar!!!!!!

oh guys/gals, any1 that was uncertian about getting a cybernation kit (like i was) i suggest you start your Turbo fund becuase that kit is just plain Fuking NNNNNNAAASTY on the EP!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOW!!!! is all i can say.... i hate driving my ep anymore after that! :)

how much power are u producing on 9psi and do u still have stock internals also do u drive ur ep on 9psi daily

Not sure on # of ponies, but a STOCK Si with 8psi on this kit gets about 258HP, so I'm gonna guess and say 280HP since I'm at 9psi and have a high flow exhaust.

Oh, and yes i'm on stock internals and run 9psi daily.

Cybernation finally bought their own '03 Si and currently drive it around on stock internals at about 15psi. Now even tho it STAYS set @ 15psi all the time I'm sure it isn't driven DAILY. However I think it's a good sign that it didn't go *POP* when they drove it hard around town @ 15psi.

I plan on doing rods and pistons next year and only turning up the boost a few pounds so I get LONG life out of the engine in spite of the turbo. With rods and pistons I can turn it up safely to about 22 psi. I'll prolly go to about 15 psi and leave it alone at that point...
