If camber was negative for a while, would it mess up any other suspension, besides irregular tire wear, such as i.e. wheel bearing?

How negative?

About -2 degrees in the rear, and about 1 in the front

It'll be ok as long as you are not going more than a 1000 miles or so, and not doing any performance ass-hattery.

The TOE is what will really kill your tires, and changing the camber will affect your toe and vice versa.

So camber will do nothing more than change toe(which can be fixed), and not affect anything major such as ball joint, wheel bearing, or anything of that sort? Thanks for the replies.

Being excessively out of alignment can cause problems with wheel bearings, etc., but -2 degrees in the rear and -1 in the front isn't going to hurt. You might wear the inside of your rear tires more quickly than you'd like, but that's about the only "damage" you're going to do. I run -1 degree in the front and about -3/4 degree in the rear.

If I read your post correctly you said 1 in front as in +1. Do be careful with that!

Sorry, it was -1. Thank you all for the replies, I appreciate it.

Man, I've been wanting to ask this question forever(or at least since I had my springs installed in the beginning of August!), just been too busy/lazy... So I will see some premature inner tire wear with around -2 degrees of rear camber? To be specific, I have Eibach Pro-kit springs, supposed to be a 1.1" drop in rear, more like 1.5" by my measurement, and according to the printout I got with my alignment, the rear camber is -2.1 left, -1.8 right. Does it make sense to have different readings for left/right? Just going by what it says...any feedback/help would be appreciated. Thanks...
