spoiler depot. The fit isn't quite as good, but pre-painted is the best way to go for me....the parts Ive had painted in the past have all chipped really badly.

Looking good. My Type R spoiler makes the car look longer and lower. Not to mention the integrated led brake light is very cool. Look forward to seeing more pics. What type of camera?

If you have any install questions please feel free to let me know. I had trouble with the rubber grommet. I also took some cool pics with no spoiler, it is kind of a unique look. Also, check out that rear hatch glass, I found the way it was cut to be very interesting. Good luck.

I was in the garage for about 90 minutes. BTW, check out that velcro holding down our factory spoilers, can you say poor planning. Give a call if you have any questions. I would be happy to help. :D

well, its on....even the flu couldn't stop me. Man am I sick. oh well. The rubber grommit on mine ripped in half, so Im gonna have to put some kind of filler in there. does yours shake when you close the hatch? damn this thing looks sweet! the color match is better than the stock piece. pics to follow!

Congrats, I can't wait to see the pics. No shaking on mine when I close the hatch. I was also impressed with the paint and even more so with the spoiler. The factory spoiler seems small, cheap and flimsy compared to the Type R. Dude, hope you feel better. I was out sick with the flu for 3 days week before last.

its more of a rattle when I close the hatch...the end that isnt connected vibrates a bit. also, how in the world did you get that rubber thing in the 1/8" hole?

vtecnrg

I like to refer to it as the grommet from HELL.. After trying about ten ways to get it in and calling 2 people who are good at such things, I finally resorted to making the hole bigger. I increased the hole size in increments until I could get the grommet in and it fit snuggly. Nothing like drilling holes into your ride.

Have you waxed it yet? After waxing mine the depth of the color seemed to increase. I get alot of positive comments on mine. At first it looked to big to me but after time the stock spoilers now looks way to small. I was also impressed at how well spoiler depot packed the spoiler. Post some pics, I want to see how it looks with the stock wheels. I will be taking my wheels off and be putting the stockies back on for the winter. :(

Looking Sweet. I think my spoiler gave my car an extra 50 hp. Or maybe that was the turbo? Either way it looks very cool, congrats.

shipped and painted....300.00 I had to buy it on their ebay auction to get that price. otherwise it would have been more. I called to ask if they'd sell it at the auction buy it now price of 275.00 and they gave me an auction number. The only complaint I have is that there are several white streaks on the edges which I am hoping are just wax as well as a 6X6 area on the top with white speckles. I'm gonna see if I can buff them out tomorrow. Anyone else have that on theirs?
