I konw that you want to get it because it's a Racing header. But I think that the JR headers are manufactured by Jardine. Jardine makes exhaust for sport bikes. There exhausts are shitty(for bikes anyway). They are known to be of poor quality and have the tendency to crack.

you can also get it from Moss Motorsports.

Was not sure about thier product.
So is there any threads on decent headers for the ol' SI.

Just got word back from Steve Mendez from Mossmotorsports and this is all the info that is available:

JR Race Header 02-03 Civic Si
Part# 989-301
MSRP 799.95

Retail should be somewhere around the 500's hopefully.. I think I'm just stick with my DC header for now!

Gained a whopping 9HP with the DC header! Now, that is nothing close to Comptech Header that I put into my AV6.

When are the good upgrades coming out for the EP? Earlier this year before I purchased my EP.. I read an article on some legit Honda website that is capable of reaching 280HP by upgrading the usual bolt on parts. So ever since then, I have read and read forums, dynos, reviews, etc.. and it still hasn't broken the 200HP range. I understand that the car is still new and parts are still being developed.. but, I'm starting to get impatient.

what Web site was this? standard bolt-ons will NOT get you anywhere near 200 whp ... much less 280. some of our boosted members are pushing 260-270 whp. but you are right, the A3 is still relatively new so many aftermarket products just aren't available yet.
