ok here it goes

with the k20a3 sir engine the redline starts at 6800rpm
fuel cut off it like 7100 - 7300rpm somewhere in there
what can the stock valve train hold up too

i have bin reving the car up to 7g and then changing gears
will that be ok?

Yea just make sure that you don't misshift. Else that could end in a drivetrain soup.

you're not really taking it to 7k, the stock tach isn't that accurate. should be able to handle in excess of 7500, the piston speed is pretty low in comparison with other motors so there shouldn't be problems as far as i know and the valve springs should hold fine.

Hondata did endurance testing and our cars can take the 7800 rpms no prob.

Honda engineers their engines to blow after you hit redline for the 24th time. I dunno why but that's what I heard. So I'd be careful if I were you.
