Full time front turn signal

I want to make the front turn signals to come on when I turn on the parking lights/headlights.

Its there a way to wire them so they'll stay on full time and blink?
I want to do this because I don't want amber bumper lights when putting on the BC kit.

I was searching the forum for some info, but couldn't find anything helpful.

just tie the harness into the front driving bulb in the top.

Maybe go so far as to use a dual filament bulb?

Use a socket like the one in the driving/brake lights, and piggyback the second always-on filament with the existing driving light circuit.

An idea, anyway. Don't know if that socket would fit in front.

Oh yeah --

The front bumper markers, you'll notice, aren't just to light up, but also to reflect.

That'll make it easier for another driver to see your front end while you're shut down & parked.
