what oil pressures does the SI hit?

i was thinking about getting a gauge, and they have 0-100 and 0-200 and etc. i was thinking that these are kinda high?

I would assume between 60 to 70 psi. Engines are generally designed to have 10 psi per 1000 rpm for reliability reasons. I don't have a gauge on my EP, but on my EG with a built JDM D15B VTEC, I hit nearly 80 psi with 10w-30 Mobil-1 synthetic at 7500 rpm, with a stock oil pump.
