I know I have front airbags, but how do I find out if my car has side airbags?

if you have side airbags then you will have a plactic cover on the side of your seat(outside edge)thats about 4x8 inches. wish i had gotten side air bags.

Its a lil wierd... We went to look at the Si over a year ago (October 26th) and we bought it the next day... On the 26th, it had side airbags, on the 27th it didnt... They sold us a different car, oh well, I am not complaining... got a hell of a deal... :D

You know this is one of the best threads we have right now, I haven't seen the rating before and now that i have i can see why my accident didn't hurt so much.Thanks for looking this up. There has been a few wrecks on ephatch and this proves why these people are still around today. :cool:

Our cars are pretty safe. A few guys have had some nasty crashes in their CTR's and walked away unhurt (safe a bruise here and there)

The main cell of the car is really strong and we only have front airbags in the CTR anyway.

To be honest, none of us actually ever want to test how strong the car is anyway;)

I remember I gave my dad a shock when I showed him the 5-star safety rating for the EP compared to the 4-star rating of his Chev Siverado!

The car that HASNIC has shown is mine.

Did this last Wednesday (12 November).

I suffered a slight bump on the head and a stiff neck. I was well impressed with the safety of the car - I sort of knew that everything was going to be OK.
