First of all let me say I am a lighting freak, the brighter the better. I have crappy night vision so the more I can see, the better so that was my reasoning for this mod. This kit will relay both your high and low beam lights.
harness: I got the harness from suvlights.com, $53 shipped. Excellent quality wiring and Bosch relays, highly recommeded unless you have the stuff available to you then you can make one yourself.

tools needed: 10mm socket
10mm wrench
a couple of extensions
socket wrench
flathead screwdriver
install the drivers side ground to the same location as the battery ground

run your wires according, I ran them around the battery so I could keep them hidden.
pop the four clips holding the top of the bumper (I used a flat head to do this) and pull up and away so you can see the radiator. I ran the long part of the harness here to keep it hidden and out of sight.
install the passenger side ground to the factory location

button the front bumper back up and connect all you plugs. this harness has a nice plug the accepts the factory plug, no wire splicing, bonus.

last but not least, hook up the two power wires

test both high and low beams and enjoy new found lighting power that you didn't have before. you can also now run higher wattage bulbs without the risk of frying any factory wiring.
